The short version
This website is a static site with one exception: the enquiry form. It has no user accounts, no login, and no database. When you submit the enquiry form, your details are emailed to our own inbox over an encrypted connection — they are not stored in a database on this website, and they are not shared with anyone else.
Everything else we know about you is whatever you have chosen to send us in a WhatsApp message, an email or a phone call.
What we collect
- What you type into the enquiry form — your name, mobile number, and optionally your email address, NEET status, Class 12 marks, preferred college and message. This is emailed to our team and kept in that mailbox.
- Information you send us directly — the same kinds of detail, when you message or call us instead.
- Your IP address and the time of submission, recorded with the enquiry. We use this only to rate-limit the form so it cannot be abused by automated spam.
- No cookies are set by this website itself. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers; that is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
- Standard server logs may be kept by our hosting provider, as is normal for any website.
We deliberately do not collect anything else. There is no analytics tracking, no advertising pixel, and no document upload anywhere on this site.
How we use it
We use what you send us for one purpose: to answer your question and to help you understand your options for studying MBBS in Bangladesh.
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not add you to marketing lists without you asking.
- We share your details with a college only if you ask us to, and only to the extent needed for that enquiry.
- We do not publish your name, message or any personal detail without your explicit permission — which is also why there are no testimonials on this site yet.
Documents and sensitive information
We deliberately do not operate a document upload facility on this website. Please do not send identity documents through any web form, here or elsewhere.
If a document genuinely needs to be shared during an application, send it directly on WhatsApp to the number published on this site, or use the college's own official portal. Keep your own copies, and be cautious about who you send documents to.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries sent through the form arrive as email and stay in that mailbox until we delete them. Messages you send on WhatsApp remain in the conversation between us. You can ask us at any time to delete an enquiry, a conversation or any information you have shared, and we will do so.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes — for example if we add a backend enquiry system in future — we will update this page and change the date at the top. Any such change will be described plainly rather than buried.
