WhatsApp UsA working directory of 30 medical colleges across Bangladesh — filter by city, type and hostel availability. This is deliberately not a ranking, and every fee or recognition field shows its verification status rather than a guess.

Fields marked Verify current fee or Verify current status have not yet been confirmed against an official source, and must not be relied on. We publish a figure only once we can cite the college’s own document and the date we checked it. Recognition status in particular can change — always confirm the current position on official Indian and Bangladeshi listings before committing money.
Fee is the easiest thing to compare and rarely the most important. These are the factors students say mattered most in hindsight.
Size, patient volume and — crucially — how much students are actually allowed to do during clinical postings.
Where you live, who you share with, and how long it takes to reach the hospital for an early duty.
Whether there is real structure for new arrivals, or whether you are expected to work it out alone.
Tuition plus hostel plus living plus travel, across six years — not the first-year figure in a brochure.
How students from that college do at completion, internship and the screening examination. Ask seniors, not the college.
Cost of living, travel home, airport access, and whether the city suits how you want to live.
Look past the brochure. The things that actually shape six years of your life are: the size and patient load of the attached hospital, how much clinical exposure students get, hostel quality and distance, the total realistic cost including living expenses, the number of students who complete the course on time, and how the college handles international students.
Fee is one factor among several — not the only one.
Government medical colleges in Bangladesh reserve only a small number of seats for international students, and those seats are allocated through official government channels rather than direct college admission. In practice, most Indian students who study in Bangladesh are at private medical colleges.
If you are specifically interested in a government college, verify the current process and seat position through official sources before building a plan around it.
An Indian citizen who completes a primary medical qualification abroad does not automatically get to practise in India. You must meet the National Medical Commission's requirements for foreign medical graduates and clear the screening examination (currently FMGE, with NExT proposed to replace it), then complete the required registration steps.
Recognition and listing status can also change for individual colleges. Never rely on a claim made by an agent or a website — including ours. Check the current position on official NMC and Bangladeshi regulatory listings before you commit money.
Fees vary a great deal between government and private colleges, and between individual private colleges. We deliberately do not publish a single headline number, because circulating outdated or guessed figures is one of the most common ways students end up misinformed.
What we will do is share the current official fee circular for the specific colleges you are interested in, and explain what is included and what is not. Message us on WhatsApp and ask for the colleges you are considering.
A shortlist built around your actual position is far more useful than a list of every college in the country. Ask a student, free.
